Nex-Tech Wireless is looking for an energetic career driven sales person who is ready to jump in and hit the ground running! This position requires you to work in a retail setting, as well as provide top-notch customer service.
As the Assistant Store Manager you will promote and sell Nex-Tech Wireless products and services to new and existing customers to attain Company sales goals, reach store sales levels, and motivate staff to meet individual sales quotas. Additional duties will include assisting with daily store operations, including training, scheduling, and assigning work to retail staff. This individual will also be responsible for retail store merchandising, display, and appearance; ordering and maintaining inventory; and covering retail store hours of operation in the absence of scheduled staff.
MUST BE ORGANIZED AND TASK ORIENTED!
Associate Degree or equivalent, plus one year of business, customer service, or retail experience or equivalent work experience
Wireless retail experience preferred
Must maintain sales quotas and a positive performance rating to be considered for this position
