We don’t just say we offer better customer care than the big guys, we actually do it by offering free regular educational workshops. These in-person sessions will answer questions and help you manage your devices, even if you're not a Nex-Tech Wireless customer.

Before attending a workshop, please make sure your device is updated to the most current software. To verify, go to Settings > General > Software Updates and install if you are not current. Also be sure to have your Apple ID and Password available.
