At Nex-Tech Wireless, we have been monitoring the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) closely with the health and safety of our customers and employees in mind. We are taking every precaution to ensure we support our customer needs while protecting the health of our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.

We wanted to provide an overview of the steps we are taking so you can rest assured this is a top priority for us.

-We have increased the frequency in which we are cleaning our stores and offices, focusing on those items customers may physically interact with, such as signature capture devices and demo handsets. We have also placed hand sanitizer at each sales station to be available for customer use.

-We are continually updating our employees on the status of the outbreak and reminding them of health precautions recommended by the World Health Organization including using hand sanitizer and frequent hand washing. An employee travel restriction has been implemented to limit any exposure or spread of the illness.

-Customers who are minimizing social interaction can take advantage of our convenient self-care options such as Online Bill, the myNTW mobile app, or interacting with our Customer Care team by calling 611 from your Nex-Tech Wireless handset or visiting www.nex-techwireless.com to chat.

These efforts are made based on recommendations from health agencies and government officials. We appreciate the work these experts are doing to defend our health and we will continue to follow their guidance.
