On this Thankful Thursday, we would like to share how thankful we are for our wonderful employees. We have a great team and couldn’t do all that we do without them! The great thing about the people who work here is the amazing workplace environment that it creates. Just look at last month for example! We spent all of October trying to scare each other for the sacred “Scaretober” title. Yeah exactly! We were all constantly looking over our shoulders and fearing when the next person would jump out and scare us. Some people even got to work extra early to scare as many people as possible. But it was all in good fun and it is because of the wonderful people that make up NTW that things like that are possible. It’s events like the NTW Board BBQ and the All Employee Meeting we hold each year that bring everyone together and highlights all the amazing people that make NTW a great place to work!

We are also super thankful for our customers. We wouldn’t be where we are without you. Here at NTW, we strive to provide the best service possible. We pride ourselves in treating our customers as more than just a number. Unlike the big carriers, we understand our customers and are so very thankful for them! Just last year, we hit a huge milestone, providing service to over 65,000 Kansans. As they say, “there’s no place like home” and we see that every day. We’re proud to call Kansas our home and love to give back when we can. That’s why we also try to focus on providing service where no one else is. Earlier this year, Alex from Marketing stopped by the small town of Munden and saw, firsthand, the impact of providing wireless service to such an underserved location. We added some equipment to the town water tower to provide cell service and immediately saw the positive impact it had on the lives of those who live there. When they were ignored and forgotten by everyone else, NTW saw an opportunity to help and we didn’t hesitate to take it. Check out our video on Munden here.
