  • All GBT Locations including Ellis, Larned, Ness City, Rush Center and St. John are closed to walk-in traffic but are available to curb side assistance, please call your local office to speak to a sales representative.

  • H&B Communications is closed until further notice. 

  • All MTC locations are closed until further notice. 

  • Select Nex-Tech locations will be open from 9 am to 4 pm Monday - Friday and closed from Noon to 1 pm for lunch. Stores that will be open are: Courtland, Lenora, Great Bend, Hays, Wakeeney, Russell, Hill City, Norton, Plainville, Phillipsburg, Smith Center, Osborne and Hoxie. Limited to 10 people in the store at a time, including Nex-Tech Customer Sales Team members. The Quinter and Stockton stores will remain closed. 

  • Redline Communications is closed to walk-in traffic, please schedule an appointment for assistance (620-376-2182).

  • All S&T Locations including Dighton and Oakley are closed until further notice.

  • All TCT locations are closed to walk-in traffic. Employees are available to assist you by phone, please visit our locations page for store numbers.

  • The Great Outdoors in Atwood is closed to Nex-Tech Wireless walk-in traffic. To schedule an appointment please call 785-626-9425. 

  • Ultimate Fertilizer Company is open by appointment only for new activations and  renewals. For assistance with troubleshooting or any questions please call 785-475-2121 or Customer Care at 611 from your NTW phone or 877-621-2600.

We will not disconnect service due to these financial hardships through June 30, 2020.

Data When You Need It Most

Customers who are currently on limited plans and need additional data due to COVID-19 can contact our Customer Care team for assistance with additional data.
Nex-Tech Wireless also offers unlimited data plans, many of which include wifi hotspot capabilities allowing you to connect additional devices via wifi. 

Our customers can change their plan via Online Bill at or reach out to our dedicated customer care team by dialing 611 from your Nex-Tech Wireless phone (877-621-2600) or chatting on our website.

A Message From The CEO

At Nex-Tech Wireless, we have been monitoring the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) closely with the health and safety of our customers and employees in mind. We are taking every precaution to ensure we support our customer needs while protecting the health of our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.

We wanted to provide an overview of the steps we are taking so you can rest assured this is a top priority for us.

  • We have increased the frequency in which we are cleaning our stores and offices, focusing on those items customers may physically interact with, such as signature capture devices and demo handsets. We have also placed hand sanitizer at each sales station to be available for customer use.
  • We are continually updating our employees on the status of the outbreak and reminding them of health precautions recommended by the World Health Organization including using hand sanitizer and frequent hand washing. An employee travel restriction has been implemented to limit any exposure or spread of the illness.
  • Customers who are minimizing social interaction can take advantage of our convenient self-care options such as Online Bill, the myNTW mobile app, or interacting with our Customer Care team by calling 611 from your Nex-Tech Wireless handset or visiting to chat.

These efforts are made based on recommendations from health agencies and government officials. We appreciate the work these experts are doing to defend our health and we will continue to follow their guidance.
